By accessing or using the platform, websites, algorithmic models, API feeds, or mobile interfaces operated by PredTech (Predictive Technologies) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Analytical Nature & Disclaimers
PredTech provides mathematical modeling, probability distributions, expected value (+EV) calculations, and sports/financial statistical insights for informational and analytical purposes only. PredTech is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not accept, take, or facilitate monetary wagers or equity transactions.
3. Sports Wagering & Market Risk
Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing sports wagering and investment activities in their respective jurisdictions. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
4. Proprietary Algorithms & Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithmic models, probability calibrations, codebases, custom metrics (including fair probability and +EV formulas), trademarks, logos, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Predictive Technologies. Unauthorized scraping, copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, or syndication of our predictive signals is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. User Accounts & 2FA Security
Authorized users, partners, and investors granted portal access must maintain confidentiality of their authentication credentials. PredTech mandates Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for administrative and high-tier accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PredTech, its founders, affiliates, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, wagering capital, or investment funds arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
